It's all about price - Not recommended

We were looking for a cheap hotel where we could sleep for one night and we chose this hotel mainly because of the cheap price but also because it is part of the Brown hotel chain. The only thing that was positive - the beds are very comfortable. Everything else was bad - the cleanliness was not good, we asked for 2 single beds and got one, there was only one towel for the shower, the attitude of the receptionist was disgraceful (he really yelled at us when we asked to check what about an extra bed), the breakfast is reasonable (if you ignore the cockroach that was walking to him there for his pleasure). This is my second time at this hotel and it was the move to the Brown hotel chain that lowered the level. Not recommended

What should have been a nice event — did not appear as desired…..

I was assigned room 211. Door needs maintenance work as it drags the floor and has been doing so for some time.. Air conditioning not fully functioning. Sofa/Couch had at least two slats missing and my wife hurt herself when she sat down and fell through the seating.. (Yes - I took photos…) The pool hours seem strange given the amount of persons staying.. Most pool operations in most hotels run until at least 1000 PM…

Good hotel to stay in Eilat

The hotel is not far from the beach and the prommenade. The room was very spacious. The check-in was very friendly.

The guest satisfaction is unfortunately very dependent on the personnel on duty

The food was delicious and exceptionally abundant for Pessach! The staff was very nice and kind The facilities were great!

The staff should make more effort to accommodate and satisfy the guest’s requests regarding the rooms. The other guests were very noisy and uncivil

The reception was kind and friendly. The staff tried to help in the best way. The dinner was delicious and fresh.

The safe was not working. Breakfast was normal but good. There was noise from the nearby street, and I couldn't sleep because of it.

Late check out, very nice staff, quiet, ok area, free parking, very good value for money.

Not the best maintenance, the room smelled like cigarettes, we didn’t have any soap/shampoo/conditioner at the room.

Pleasant

A proper hotel albeit old, nice sound insulation, big rooms and a solid toilet with bathtub. Staff was pleasant and answered any questions we had. Location is fine, 10min walk to the sea. Didnt use the parking, the pool or the dining room so nothing to add.

Facilities are the main problem. For example: wobbly door handle, collapsing closet door, absent toilet brush handle. When we checked in the safe was closed, i complained and they opened it, however was unable to set up the safe password even after following the instructions to the letter because the button on the inner side of the door was simply missing. Decided to not make a story out of it and left this problem unsolved, just carried my stuff around. Left side of the bed seemed to have been slightly tilted to the right, barely noticeable but i switched places with my wife because fortunately she didn't care. We dont use cleaning room service every day, but the time we put the sign to cleanup the room it was not cleaned at all. They only took out the trash and changed the towels. Bed, cups and table remained untouched. (We are a tidy couple and dont ask for much). Saw a few cleaning ladies in the halls a few times, they looked burned out and tired. If i were a manager id hire somebody younger and more motivated. Also considering a staggering amount of failing old facilities and public comments about this problem, a maintenance guy is mandatory. He would have something to fix on a daily basis.

Big pool, big rooms with good bed.nice location. Good option in this price sigment. Hen at the front desk was very pleasant. The rest of the personal was also nice

it was very noisy from a group of small kids in our floor, and everything not feel so clean and nice ( our door was broken).. I used to different level for brown hotels. Also we didn't sleep so well, the pillows was to hard

Receptionist Miri absolutely doesn’t know how to communicate with clients, she is rude and not professional. She didn’t want to help us with problem (with late check-out, which has been promised 2 days ago, we are from brown group and know how it supposed to be) More easy way for her - scream and prove that she is right in any case. With this type of communication she shouldn’t work with people, spoiled the end of vacation, ruined our plans, so we should leave the city earlier. Its nit a big deal if we you use to know about it in advance, but she told in 1 hour. We are waiting for the answer from manager, thank you!
